Welcome to the New Jersey State Unified Certification Program Certification Portal! The NJUCP is responsible for DBE certification in the state of New Jersey and provides firms with "one-stop" shopping.

To apply for DBE certification you may contact any one of the three NJUCP Certifying Partners - Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, New Jersey Transit or New Jersey Department of Transportation- by clicking on their logo. Firms interested in ACDBE Certification must apply through the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.

If your firm is applying for the first time, you may apply with any of the certifying partners listed below. Previous applicants must submit to the partner you originally applied with.
